13 June 2010 Hi Dev, I have very much enjoyed my visit to India and like all good holidays it has left me wanting to come back and see more of this beautiful and diverse country. Every step of the way I have been welcomed with kindness and efficiency. The choice of being able to tailor – make the trip is what attracted me to Leisure Tours where other companies just offered a set package tour on a bus with lots of other tourists. This is not the best way to experience a country and I am pleased to say that traveling alone I have met more intrusting people than I would have done otherwise with the help of the local tourist companies and guides provided by Leisure Tours. My driver was courteous and informative at the same time, he was always on time and was happy to help in any way he could. The guide in Agra was very knowledgeable but fun too. We very much enjoyed making my dream of seeing Taj Mahal a reality. The hotels were very nice. Food as excellent and services were impeccable. 06 June 2010 Hi Dev, Our tour was very fantastic. Particularly the driver, who was quite knowledgably and very graceful. I believe he was the highlight employee of our trip. The hotels were nicely picked out. Our favourite being the Royal Orchid. But all rated as adequate and room service was exceptional at all locations. Agra was enchanting with our sunset + sunrise viewing of the Taj. We thoroughly enjoyed the horse ride. The tour guide explained quite a bit of History and Architecture. Jaipur was our favourite city of all. The Forts were absolutely stunning. The elephant ride was something definitely worth riding. In general, we enjoyed our tour. Sincerely,

Our hotels have been what we wanted, our ground transportation has been excellent, and our guides have been informative. You have always looked out for us in terms of taking us to good restaurants and providing much-needed water on the bus. 14 May 2010 Hi Devender, Sorry I haven’t been in touch before this but I have just been slack & was always going to get around to it. It was out Golden Triangle Tour and our itinerary was very good. First of all we were very happy with the way we were met at Delhi Airport & the fast way you got us to the Hotel & settled in. I must say at this point Lal the driver made our trip to India a special one & we will remember his kindness forever, it is not often that we meet someone who made us welcome & did everything that we asked of him & a lot more. May I suggest when you have older customers visiting India please make an effort to have Lal as their driver. Arif, our guide was very good, informative and knowledgeable. The hotels were A one & had good staff was as good as any that I have encountered in our world travel so they can take a bow. In all we would give you 100 out of 100 for your itinerary & service & we would recommend people of all ages to use your company for their tour of India & we would be very surprised if they were not as pleased as we were. With the Commonwealth Games coming up we think it is most important that you try out a new approach for people who want to see India & experience your culture one suggestion is a trip to Agra to see the Taj just a 2 or 3 day trip. Another one for the people who have a limited time in New Delhi leave early in the morning drive to Agra see the Taj & return that same day you would be surprised how many people would find this attractive. Hope this helps you plan for the Games & once again thank your for our wonderful experience that we had in India. Car was clean and comfortable. The hotels we have provided were nice and clean. The staff was attentive and well dressed. 10 March 2009 Thanks for the note. I'd intended to send you our comments as soon as we returned, but you know how things are when you return from a long trip - too many things to catch up on! We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the arrangements that your company made for us for our trip to Agra. Our Driver: Ravi Shankar (I think that was his name) was very courteous and helpful. He was an excellent driver and went out of his way to ensure our comfort on the road. I would have no hesitation about using him again. Our Guide: Amir (again names are getting fuzzy after a few weeks) was extremely knowledgeable about all the local sites in and around Agra, and he shared his knowledge in a way that greatly enhanced our enjoyment and appreciation of them. Also, to be frank, it was very reassuring to have someone with us to help fend off all the entreaties of the local vendors and would-be "guides". His English was excellent. We enjoyed our visit much more because of him. Our Hotel: The Gateway Hotel in Agra was OUTSTANDING! It was the perfect way to end our long trip. The room, the staff, the service - all were perfect. Your Company: It was a pleasure working with your company. Devender was very easy to work with and very attentive to the initial planning and communication. And your personal attention in Agra topped it off. You took care of all aspects of planning our trip and caring for us while we were there. 31 Dec 2008 Dear Devender, We were very pleased with the arrangements that you made for us—airport pickup and return, guides in Delhi and Aggra (who were knowledgeable and showed us many sites), driver to and from Agra (who was very flexible and accommodating), etc. The accommodations were adequate, but the hotel in Agra was nicer than in Delhi. Overall, we were quite happy with everything. It helped having 2 references that you gave us, especially since we received your information from the internet and needed confirmation that your services were well recommended. 11 Days Trip, December 2008 Company Representatives / Local Agents Accommodation Hotel Vista – Due to it being a new hotel, some services were still being developed and weren’t available and things were slightly disorganized, but all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kings Lodge – They tried to cater to western needs by providing western type food at meal times, but in our opinion we’d much prefer Indian cuisine as we came to India to experience Indian Food & culture etc. Guides Transport Our Drive and Car Dharampal our driver was outstanding.’ He was a very safe driver and full of interesting information about India, the people and culture. My driver, Raju, was very friendly and helpful -- even going so far as to present me with two bottles of mustard oil after I mentioned that it would make a unique gift for a chef friend back in the United States. Arif, my tour guide at the Taj Mahal, Fort Agra, Fatehpur Sikri, and the tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daulah, was extremely knowledgeable and a fabulous storyteller. He really brought these sites to life for me. October 2008 I wanted to thank for all your help during our trip to India and accommodating my special requests. We made it back safely very late on Saturday night local time. September 2008 From my initial contact with Devender to the time I completed my tour everything was excelent! Things ran so smoothly from my frist meeting at delhi airport followed by train journey to Agra and a guided tour of the wonderful Taj Mahal. The Guide was excellent and made every thing come to life with his supers knowledge of the history of the Taj Mahal. The whole trip was a truly wonderful Experience. May 2008 Accommodation: * Taj View Hotel: Adequate and friendly. Good F&B facilities. Limited grounds & activities. Overall good impression, however, I would like to try the Oberoi next time! Sightseeing: * Official guided sightseeing program: The program was followed as planned, apart from the elephant ride to the Amber Fort, which was suspended as of 1st May 2008. Transportation: * The car was adequate and the drives were smooth, despite heavy traffic in certain areas. Overall Impression: * Very attentive team, personalised service, focus on the detail, a true top FIT travel company. Well Done!!! February 2008 Hi Devender, I returned to work yesterday I only got through all my email today. Banu & I really appreciated the concern you showed towards us. We would have truly been lost if we did not book the package tour beforehand. A special Hello to Ganesh Bhai. Driving with him was an experience & I tell everybody about his rules of driving in India. Whenever we see a MacDonald sign we are also remeber him because he always found a MacD's for us. And he was very helpful in Ajmer & Jaipur, we really missed him in Mumbai. Regards

December 2007 I love taj mahal so much and Leisure tours arrange my tour. Everything is very good and I have very nice tour in Agra.
