Leisure Tours of Central India is a registered seller of travel in India. We follow the requirements set by the State of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, who have legislated many laws to protect consumers and to promote the integrity of the travel industry. In accordance to Uttar Pradesh, India State Law, we have a trust fund with Axix Bank. All guest payments go directly into this account. From there, payments are disbursed to the vendors providing services for your tour. Privacy Policy Leisure Tours of Central India will not share your personal information with any outside person or agency, except for the following purposes: Making various reservations for your tour to India Processing your payments through the banks and Credit Card transaction institutions. If you use our assistance in acquiring a visa, the pertinent information will be shared with the India Consulate and/or Embassy. From time to time, we may send you information on our specials. You may discontinue this information whenever you choose. Payments ALL PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS & OTHER MONETARY SUMS ARE QUOTED PER PERSON IN ALL STATEMENTS THAT FOLLOW. We require payment of $300.00 per guest (per advertised tour) as an initial deposit (certain tours and dates can require larger deposits, custom itineraries will require deposits of $500 or more, depending on a variety of reasons). We require only this initial deposit at the moment you accept the itinerary and ask us to reserve it for you. Guests paying with a credit card will be charged an additional 3.78% of the cost of your entire tour. Those who pay by bank transfers will not be charged this extra fee. We accept the initial deposit by credit card or bank transfer only. Payment Schedule: Initial Deposit $300 per guest for advertised itineraries $500 per guest for custom itineraries 60 Days Prior to Tour 50% of total costs of tour must be submitted 45 Days Prior to Tour 100% of total costs of tour must be submitted Note: If your tour is booked 45 days or less from your desired dates of your tour, you must submit 100% of your quoted costs immediately. Prices All rates quoted are per person, based on double occupancy, and in U.S. dollars. If not listed, single supplements are available upon request in the “Comments” section in each “Reservation Inquiry Form” found on the website. All prices, except for when a deposit has been accepted by Leisure Tours of Central India, are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Leisure Tours of Central India. Costs Included In Your Tour Your quoted cost will fully include the following: All accommodations including all taxes and surcharges Breakfast at your hotel (lunch included only if specifically promised upon your personal itinerary) Tours of all the sights and monuments that are included in your personal itinerary A bottle of water per day, per person The best English-speaking guides and visit facilitators during your visit Entrance Fees to all the monuments on your personal itinerary. Three excursions (subject to park schedules) if you have chosen a wildlife tour on your itinerary Surface Transport by Personal A/C Medium car / luxury SUV Costs NOT Included in Your Tour The following items are not included into your quoted pricing package for your tour of India: The hotel accommodations before or after your tour Airfares to or from your original location and India Excess baggage charges Gratuities The cost of personal items (such as dry cleaning, laundry, drinks and incidentals, etc) The cost of visas and passports Additional visits Camera Fees International Airfare Changes to Itinerary Any changes to your tour package Leisure Tours of Central India. While we will do our best to change your itinerary to suit your wishes, some changes may not be possible. In the case of events and circumstances that are beyond the control of Leisure Tours of Central India, we have the right to change some or all of the itinerary for the purposes of our clients safety and well-being. Cancellations Cancellation requests will only be acknowledged if it processed by the following means: If your cancellation request is received by our website (

), submitted on the appropriate form, or If you deliver your cancellation request by registered mail or delivery service. The delivery must have proof of in-person contact. The proper address for this request will be: Leisure Tours of Central India, Office No. 2, HIG-R-4, Phase – I, Taj Nagri, Agra - 282006, India. Cancellation charges for dates excepting December 20th – January 3rd: Cancellations made at least 95 days before tour Charged 5% of total costs Cancellations made between 95 – 60 days before tour Charged 15% of total costs Cancellations made between 60 – 35 days before tour Charged 35% of total costs Cancellations made between 35 – 7 days before tour Charged 75% of total costs Cancellations made 7 days or less before tour NO REFUND Charges of reservations made for the dates of December 20th—January 3rd: Cancellations made at least 95 days before tour Charged 5% of total costs Cancellations made between 95 – 35 days before tour Charged 75% of total costs Cancellations made between 35 – 7 days before tour Charged 90% of total costs Cancellations made 7 days or less before tour NO REFUND Influxes of Price Once your reservation is confirmed and you have paid for your visit in full, we will not make any changes to the cost of your visit. If your trip is not paid in full, we may revise the quoted prices only if there is a significant increase in transportation costs within India. Such a change will not affect your tour costs by more than 10% of the total quoted to you initially. If that isn’t acceptable, then Leisure Tours of Central India, will promptly process a refund of all amounts you have paid to us. Our liability in such a case, as in all other instances of cancellation or change in the itinerary of a tour, is limited to a refund of only the amounts you have paid to us up to that point in time. Insurance Although we do not require insurance for our tourists, we do highly recommend insurance as a means of protecting themselves from unforeseen circumstances that are not the fault of Leisure Tours of Central India. We do not provide insurance, but we will gladly give information in finding travel insurance in the case of cancellation, delays, loss of deposit, medical expenses, personal accidents, or loss of luggage (to name a few). Health By accept the tour package, you are accepting the responsibility of making sure that you and all other members of your tour group are responsible for ensuring that you are healthy enough to participate in your visit. Leisure Tours of Central India will not recommend medical actions before your journey to India. We highly recommend you see your doctor to discuss any necessary protocol or vaccinations. We will not accept any responsibility for any sickness or disease you catch before, after, or during your tour. We will also not accept responsibility for any accidental injury that does not directly involve the fault of a Leisure Tours of Central India employee. If you are found to have a contagious disease that may infect other members of the group, you will be forbidden to travel and will be asked to leave the tour. You will have to make your own arrangements to return home. Accommodations There is a possibility that hotels, flights, or trains mentioned in the itinerary will not be able to perform their contracted services because of overbooking or other reasons. In this case, Leisure Tours of Central India reserves the right to substitute equivalent grades of accommodations in your itineraries or to switch the dates of your itineraries around to keep the quality of the tour intact and to spare you from further inconveniences. The early check-in fees at hotels that are discussed on the itineraries will not be charged to you as an additional cost. We do not plan for late checkout, and if the guest would like a late-checkout, it will be an “incidental” at the hotel and will be at the personal cost of the guest. Check-In 2 Pm and Checkout Time Is 12 Noon at almost of the Hotels Liabilities The financial liability of Leisure Tours of Central India, in any case, will be limited to a refund of the payments made directly by you to us. Our Tour Package, you are legally bound to the unconditional acceptance of our financial liability as stated above. No Shows, including those who cancel 7 days or less before their tour, do not qualify for any refunds except at the sole discretion of Leisure Tours of Central India. You, and those traveling with you, expressly acknowledge that you are responsible for understanding all risks of travel and by traveling through our services disclaim any and all liability of the Leisure Tours of Central India, including shareholders, management, shareholders, etc. By participating on our tours, you understand that you are responsibility to any damage that you might cause, accidental or otherwise, to the arranged hotels, monuments, etc. and that Leisure Tours of Central India cannot be held responsible for your words or actions. Leisure Tours of Central India does not accept responsibility for the loss, damages, or delays of your baggage and/or personal effects. Similarly, we do not accept responsibility for any loss of pleasure, feelings of disappointment, distress, frustration, or any other mental or physical conditions you may have or will develop. Leisure Tours of Central India will recommend certain stores and restaurants that we feel are safe and perform good business practices. However, we will not accept any responsibility for any purchases made outside of our recommendations list. If there is a dispute between our clients and one of our recommended stores, we will attempt to ensure a timely and reasonable resolution. Passports & Visas There is a visa required to enter India. Passports and Visas are the sole responsibility of the traveler or obtain in time for their trip. The necessary passport and visa must also be valid for six months after your scheduled return. We recommend that you use a visa processing service if you are unable to personally visit one of the Consulates. Delays or inability to obtain your needed travel documents will result in cancellation or alteration costs as defined below. Charges for the Visa or a current passport are not included in quoted tour costs.
